The Outlet Manager at SG Global Pvt. Ltd. is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the end-toend onboarding, activation, and operationalisation of franchise outlets. This position is the primary interface between the corporate franchise team and individual franchisees, ensuring that every outlet is launched within the defined timeline, aligned to brand standards, and equipped to operate profitably within the SG Global franchise framework. The incumbent will own the full franchisee lifecycle from post-signing engagement through outlet readiness, staff training, systems deployment, and steady-state operations. A successful Outlet Manager combines robust project management discipline with exceptional interpersonal skills — operating as a coach, compliance officer, and business advisor simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
