Job Summary

Zoom AV Engineer roles and responsibilities must include the following skills

Key Responsibilities

5 to 6 years of experience on Zoom UC technology ( BYOC,BYOP) Architecture o Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chat, Zoom Phone, Zoom Recordings, call queues, and related functionality • In depth understanding of Slack and Cisco Webex Meetings • Understanding scripting and automation tools, API integrations • Understanding of Zoom IP phones, analog phones, media packs, and fax device support; • AI Companion, Zoom Survivability, Work vivo, Zoom Whiteboard, US Emergency Calling (911), etc. • Support customer for meeting setup & scheduling, meeting controls, breakout rooms • In depth understanding of Zoom audio conferencing plans, PAC, PSTN Dial-Ins • Understanding of Zoom room SIP/H.323 Interop and Integration • In depth understanding Cloud Recordings & Transcripts, Live Monitoring, Reporting • Solid understanding of native API/SDK Integrations, Webhook concepts • Expert exposure on SIP or H.323 communication protocols- TLS 1.2, Audio Codecs G.711,G.722, Opus, H.264/High profile • Provisioning Zoom endpoints, firmware upgrades, troubleshooting meetings (audio and video) • Responsible for Zoom Reporting, Call Logs, Monitoring Dashboard, Whiteboard, QoS, Mos Statistics • Assign, manage and monitor RBAC user roles and access management • Assess global outages,



status alerts and incident management • Exposure of underlining AWS Cloud Infrastructure for Zoom MMR, Meeting Zones, Zone Controllers, Web Infrastructure • Drive technical products and user training

Ability to work in operations( Zoom, MS Teams, Slack and Cisco Webex) • Excellent communications & presentation skills • Ability to develop requirements based on client input • Performance/Status reporting to project leads and leadership • Problem solving and conflict management • Ability to work effectively in a global working environment.

Zoom Phone/UCC, MS Teams – Direct Routing Live Events, (Primary skills ) • Cisco Webex Meeting, Slack , Exposure on ITIL Incidents/Service Requests ( Secondary Skills ) • Agile Methodology Understanding, Knowledge of ADO Boards ( EPIC/Features and User Stories) • Valuable to have the following scripting skills (working knowledge) o .NET (C#) - Backend o JS / React - Frontend o Azure Services o GitHub & CI/CD pipelines • Understanding Packet Captures • LAN/WAN/Security Understanding w.r.t Collaboration • MS Teams & Zoom UC Product line
