Mode- Hybrid Role.

Compulsory Sunday working

Weekday off available.

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling customer queries through Social media accounts , responding to chats. The role involves understanding queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues within defined timelines, and coordinating with internal teams.

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Solid problem-solving and analytical ability.

Good knowledge of Computer & Social Media Apps.

Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize tasks.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
