Key Responsibilities

Billing & Freight Audit Accuracy

- KRA: Zero-defect freight invoicing and discrepancy resolution.
- KPIs: Percentage of invoices generated without errors, turnaround time (TAT) for resolving customer billing disputes, and recovery of assessorial charges (detention, demurrage).

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Cash Flow

- KRA: Minimizing outstanding dues and accelerating cash collections.
- KPIs: Reduction in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), aging analysis of outstanding accounts (e.g., percentage of debts >60 days), and successful collection of freight dues.

3. Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management

- KRA: Timely processing of vendor/carrier payments and maintaining healthy supply chain cash flows.
- KPIs: On-time payment to transporters/contractors, prompt clearance of fuel and toll expenses, and reconciliation of vendor statements.

4. Financial Reporting & Profitability Analysis

- KRA: Providing accurate, real-time financial visibility to top management.
- KPIs:



Delivery of accurate monthly profit and loss (P&L;) statements, cost variance analysis (budget vs. actual on fuel and maintenance), and lane-by-lane or trip-by-trip profitability reports.

5. Statutory Compliance

- KRA: 100% adherence to tax and financial regulations.
- KPIs: Timely filing of GST and TDS returns, zero penalties or audit objections, and compliance with statutory audit requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
