Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally, GST, banking, taxation, and overall accounting operations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounts, preparing financial reports, managing reconciliations, and leading the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions using Tally.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including debit notes and credit notes.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage GST accounting, returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, and other financial reports.
- Handle ledger scrutiny, journal entries, cash/bank transactions, and expense accounting.
- Monitor invoices, payments, receipts, outstanding balances, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




- Prepare MIS and other management reports as required.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Lead, supervise, and guide the accounts team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure all accounting work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, BRS, debit/credit notes, ledgers, invoicing, and taxation.
- Robust knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and financial reporting.
- Ability to independently manage complete accounting operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
