Role Objective

To drive channel sales growth by expanding dealer networks, strengthening relationships with industry professionals, and managing branch sales operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle channel sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Manage bonded sales and channel sales activities.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

· Conduct inside and outside office client meetings for sales generation.

· Maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

· Regular sales follow-ups to close leads and ensure order conversion.

· Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.

· Drive dealer onboarding and relationship management.

· Monitor dealer performance and market coverage.

· Build relationships with Architects, Engineers, Builders, and Contractors.





· Promote company products through regular market visits and presentations.

· Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.

· Manage lead calling activities and coordinate with sales support team.

· Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and leads.

· Track pipeline and maintain sales reports.

· Support and manage branch-level sales operations.

· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

· Ensure smooth operational workflow.

Experience

· 2–5 years in Tiles / Sanitary Ware / Building Material Industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of Tiles & Sanitary Ware products.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Good market knowledge of Kolkata ,West Bengal.

· Ability to handle field sales and client meetings.

· Strong relationship management skills

Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).

Pay: ₹16,017.23 - ₹58,307.73 per month
