Summary:
As an Infrastructure Solution Architect, a typical day involves collaborating closely with sales teams to understand client needs and challenges related to infrastructure engineering. This role requires actively engaging with clients to assess their current infrastructure, identifying potential issues, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. The position also involves representing the infrastructure engineering perspective throughout the sales process, ensuring that technical considerations are clearly communicated and integrated into deal strategies. Continuous interaction with various stakeholders to support deal shaping and problem resolution is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure solutions.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure design and deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of infrastructure architecture and client engagement.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of infrastructure systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.
