Job Purpose :

To drive revenue and institutional growth by securing commercial studio projects and maximizing academy student enrollments through targeted B2B and B2C sales strategies. Core Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Prospecting

● Target clients. Identify corporate brands, marketing departments, agencies, and private luxury clients.

● Convert inquiries. Follow up immediately with website, social media, and walk-in leads.

● Outreach campaigns. Execute cold email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to pitch services.

● Network actively. Attend trade expos, bridal shows, and industry mixers to build pipelines.

2. Sales Pitching & Academic Counseling

● Client consultations. Assess commercial project briefs, visual aesthetics, scales, and budgets.

● Present portfolios. Show tailored studio work to demonstrate technical and stylistic capability.

● Career counseling. Map student goals to the right course.

● Overcome objections. Resolve hesitations regarding pricing, timelines, gear, or course value.

3. Proposals, Contracts & Admissions





● Build quotes. Calculate pricing based on overheads, gear rentals, and production hours.

● Negotiate terms. Finalize contracts detailing image usage rights, licensing, and delivery limits.

● Secure advances. Lock in project bookings and academic seats with upfront payments.

4. B2B Institutional Sales & Brand Partnerships

● Sell workshops. Market corporate training and team-building photography packages to HRs.

● Brand tie-ups. Coordinate with manufacturers (Sony, Canon, Nikon) for events and sponsorships.

5. Account Management & Event Coordination

● Crew handoff. Brief photographers and editors on client guidelines and timelines.

● Upsell deliverables. Sell premium albums, extra prints, or extended commercial licenses.

● Client retention. Maintain post-project relations for repeat business, testimonials, and referrals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
