Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior QMS Executive to manage, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ISO standards, QMS, SOPs, audits, quality documentation, data analytics, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, CAPA, RCA, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality system compliance, driving process improvements, analyzing quality data, and coordinating with various departments to improve overall operational and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, review, update, and control SOPs, work instructions, policies, formats, and quality documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and quality requirements.
- Plan and coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Prepare audit documentation and ensure timely closure of audit findings and observations.
- Identify non-conformities and drive effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality and process-related issues.
- Drive Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives across departments.
- Identify opportunities for Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) to prevent defects and process errors.
- Support implementation and monitoring of 5S, PDCA, and Lean Quality practices.
- Use 7 QC Tools and other problem-solving techniques for quality improvement.
- Analyze quality data, trends, rejection, rework, customer complaints, and process performance.
- Prepare and present QMS, Quality KPI, and MIS reports to management.




- Monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments for QMS implementation.
- Ensure proper document control, revision control, and record management.
- Conduct QMS awareness and quality-related training for employees.
- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and ensure action points are tracked to closure.
- Monitor compliance with established SOPs, policies, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality, problem-solving, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems.
- Practical experience in QMS implementation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of SOP preparation, documentation, and document control.
- Experience in Internal Audits, External Audits, Customer Audits, and Certification Audits.
- Good knowledge of CAPA, RCA, 8D, and Non-Conformity Management.
- Practical knowledge of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, PDCA, and Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and quality problem-solving techniques.
- Strong data analytics and quality data interpretation skills.
- Ability to prepare quality dashboards, MIS, and KPI reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination,



and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in QMS / Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in ISO implementation, audits, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement will be highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications

- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor
- Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
- Kaizen / Continuous Improvement
- Quality Management-related certifications

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a process-oriented, analytical, and improvement-focused professional who can independently manage QMS activities, strengthen quality systems, ensure ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in QMS, ISO Audits, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, RCA, CAPA, 5S, and quality data analytics will be preferred.
