Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in compliance work, and ensuring smooth processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pass accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal)

* Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting records

* Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly

* Assist in GST-related work (data preparation, reconciliation, basic return support)

* Prepare and verify invoices, e-invoice, e-way bills, and billing documentation

* Monitor receivables and payables, follow up if required

* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

* Assist senior accountants in finalization and audit support work

Skills Required





* Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts

* Hands-on experience in Tally (Prime/ERP 9)

* Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)

* Basic knowledge of GST and taxation

* Positive numerical and analytical skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine accounting tasks

Preferred

* Experience in billing, e-invoicing, or accounting related work

* Exposure to GST portal and compliance processes

* Basic understanding of TDS
