Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Planning Functional Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning for a 6-month remote contract opportunity.

The candidate should have at least 6+ years of relevant experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning solutions and strong functional knowledge across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Planning (SCP).

The ideal candidate should have strong implementation experience, business-process understanding, configuration and testing expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning solutions.
- Work extensively with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Planning modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional planning solutions.
- Configure Oracle Planning modules based on business requirements.
- Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other Oracle functional teams.
- Integrate Oracle Planning modules with other Oracle Fusion applications.
- Troubleshoot planning-related functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and process flows.




- Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM and Planning implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle Supply Planning
- Strong expertise in Oracle Demand Planning
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Planning configuration experience
- Strong understanding of Oracle SCM business processes
- Experience integrating Planning modules with other Oracle Fusion applications
- Strong requirement-gathering and business-analysis skills
- Functional testing and UAT experience
- Solid stakeholder and client communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to SQL / PL/SQL
- Good understanding of wider Oracle Fusion SCM modules and processes
- Experience working on multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects

Shift Timing

Candidates must be comfortable working according to U.S. business hours:

- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST during the U.S. Daylight Saving period, approximately March to early November.
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight IST during the non-Daylight Saving period, approximately November to the end of February.

Candidate Requirements
