We are expanding our instructor network and are looking for passionate Piano Instructors to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Piano Instructor who can conduct engaging online piano classes for children and young learners. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of piano, good communication skills, and the ability to teach students according to their individual learning levels and goals.

Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive and structured online piano classes for students.
- Teach piano fundamentals, music theory, scales, chords, rhythm, and practical playing techniques.
- Develop students' musical skills through regular practice and personalized guidance.
- Plan lessons according to the student's age, skill level, and learning objectives.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress when required.
- Ensure regular attendance and timely completion of scheduled classes.




- Adapt teaching methods according to different learning styles and abilities.

Requirements

- Good proficiency in playing the piano.
- Previous experience in teaching piano, preferably to children.
- Strong understanding of basic music theory and piano techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, friendly, and comfortable working with children.
- Ability to conduct classes online using video conferencing platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for online teaching.
- Formal music education or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience with online teaching is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Music or a related field.
- Trinity, ABRSM, Rockschool, or equivalent piano certification.
- Experience teaching beginner to intermediate-level students.
- Ability to teach both practical piano skills and basic music theory.
