Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Hotel Supply Sales Executive to manage sales and business development for hotel and hospitality supplies. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in hotel supply sales, preferably with exposure to Rich’s products or similar food-service products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, caterers, and institutional clients.
- Promote and sell Rich’s and other relevant food-service/hospitality products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers, hotel owners, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and existing customer relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations/demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate customer records,



sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Hotel Supply Sales, HORECA Sales, Food Service Sales, FMCG Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Experience handling Rich’s products or similar bakery/food-service products is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of the HORECA market and hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and sales-conversion abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
