Job Title: Sr. Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Reporting To: Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify daily transaction entries posted by Junior Accountants.
- Verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, expense, journal, and contra entries.
- Check supporting invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting documents.
- Review ledger postings and identify incorrect classifications or accounting errors.
- Maintain and review the General Ledger.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations.
- Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Review customer outstanding balances and payment collections.
- Monitor vendor payments and outstanding liabilities.
- Handle complete GST compliance, TDS compliance
- Ensure all statutory payments and returns are completed within applicable deadlines.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Handle monthly accounting closing activities.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet.




- Handle month-end and year-end account finalization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and liabilities.
- Provide financial information and analysis to the Accounts Manager.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Robust experience in account finalization.
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong bank, customer, vendor, GST, and TDS reconciliation skills.
- Ability to independently prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet.
- Good experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
