n What’s the purpose of this role?
n
n● Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, MIS reporting, and timely preparation of financial statements
n● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, Income Tax, and transfer pricing, along with proper documentation and audit readiness
n● Support internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation, reconciliations, and adherence to Risk Control Matrix (RCM)
n● Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements (SAP/Excel), while ensuring solid internal controls and operational efficiency

n#1 Achieve 100% accuracy & timeliness in Financial Reporting
n

- Review GL postings, account classifications, and supporting documentationn




- Ensure data integrity and support timely financial closuren
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management.n
- Prepare Monthly Financials Statementn
- Assist in budgeting and periodic forecasting • Provide actionable financial insights for decision-making .n
- Address SAP-related queries and drive process improvements.n

n#2 Ensure 100% A&F; Compliance (Statutory, Audit & Assessments) with zero penalties
n
- n
- Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and GSTR-2A/2B reconciliationsn
- Prepare TDS working, filing, payment, reconciliation, and compliance requirementsn
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns , Corporate Tax and ESR compliance for overseas entities • Support preparation and filing of Income Taxn
- Ensure timely ROC filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, MSME Return, DPT-3, and other statutory filingsn
- Maintain compliance tracker and monitor regulatory deadlinesn
- Maintain audit-ready records and support
