n Role Overview
nWe are seeki ng a Sales & BD L eader with strong experienc e in IT sa les, AWS Cloud & ERP solution sales within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise acquisition, build channel partnerships, manage key accounts, and own revenue growth for Cloud & ERP service lines. A background in staffing sales will be an added advantage. .

n Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in domestic and/or international marketsn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clentsn
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysisn




- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposalsn
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partnersn
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfactionn
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targetsn
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM toolsn
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportuntiesn
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvementn

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)n
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account managementn
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsn
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targetsn
- Familiarity with CRM softwaren
- Strategic thinking with an analytical m
