nAgency partnerships don't grow themselves — they grow because someone owns the relationship strategically, spots opportunities before the client asks, and takes real commercial accountability for the outcome. This role exists to be that owner: managing a portfolio of high-value agency accounts, driving growth, and identifying AI and workflow automation opportunities that create measurable impact for clients.
nThis goes well beyond relationship management. You'll be the primary point of contact for agency partners while working closely with internal delivery teams across design, development, QA, and marketing — translating client needs into delivery, and delivery progress back into strategic client conversations.

- You haven't worked with US-based clients or managed cross-timezone communication at a professional leveln
- You come from outside advertising, marketing, or digital agency environments and haven't developed a feel for how agency clients think and operaten
- You approach account management reactively — our partners expect proactive insights and initiatives, not just responsesn
