Job Description
The RolenWe're looking for personable, target-driven Sales Executives to drive B2B leather sales. You'll visit manufacturers of sofas, beds, bags, and other leather-based products, present our material range and samples, and convert their requirements into orders.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Identify and visit manufacturers (sofa, bed, bags, and other leather goods) within assigned territoryn
- Present BAB Leather's material range and samples to procurement/purchase teamsn
- Understand client requirements — grade, finish, thickness, quantity — and recommend suitable leather optionsn
- Generate and close B2B orders based on client specificationsn
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer accounts for repeat businessn
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure order fulfillment timelinesn
- Track and report sales pipeline, order status, and territory coverage to the Sales Managern

What We're Looking Forn

- Prior experience in B2B/field sales, ideally in leather, textile, or raw material supply to manufacturersn
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits; own vehicle preferredn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plusn
- Ability to grasp technical material specs (leather grades, finishes, thickness)n
- Target-driven with a consultative, relationship-first approachn
- Graduate or equivalent; freshers with robust sales aptitude may also applyn
