nRequired Qualifications

- n
- 7–10 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles.n
- Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships.n
- Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations.n
- Strong commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through.n
- Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required.n

nPreferred Background
nCandidates from Reinsurance placement backgrounds(RI/composite brokers, insurers' RI teams, etc)
nPreferred Product Exposure
nSpecialty risks, surety, trade credit, financial lines, warranty & extended warranty, parametric insurance, property & casualty.
