n Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and drive short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.n
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling for land acquisitions, project development, and investment opportunities.n
- Evaluate project feasibility, profitability, ROI, and capital allocation.n

n Budgeting, Cost Control & Performance Management
n
- n
- Oversee project-wise budgeting, costing, revenue and cash flow planning.n
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and prepare variance analysis and management reports.n
- Drive cost optimisation,



productive fund utilisation, and improved project profitability.n

n Accounting, Reporting & Controls

- Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, revenue recognition, cash transactions, book closure, and consolidation.n
- Ensure timely preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, MIS, and other management reports.n
- Establish robust financial policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.n
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, statutory and regulatory requirements, and manage internal and external audits.n
