We are hiring a Test Center Administrator for a leading testing services organization.
? Location: Gurugram – Sector 48, Sohna Road
? Experience: 0–2 years
? Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
? Budget: Up to ₹4 LPA
? Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
? Week Offs: 2 roster-based weekly offs
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate greeting, ID verification and document checks
• Monitor candidates during tests and maintain a secure testing workplace
• Handle signatures, irregularity reports and candidate queries
• Operate test center equipment and security systems
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and quality standards
Ideal Profile:
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, front office or administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle public-facing responsibilities
