- Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to our clientsn
- Accurately complete end to end International travel requirements for air, hotel,car, rail.n
- Incumbent should have good knowledge of international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)n
- Open to work in adaptable environment, roster off, weekend working, public holidays and festivalsn
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLAn
- Excellent communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)n




- Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage.n
- Counsel clients on efficient routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the clients business travel policies wherever necessary.n
- Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at point of sale. Coach, develop and mentor peers, new and/or junior Travel Consultantsn
- Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicatorsn
- Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clientsn
- Should be team player and manage show alone if requiredn
- Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantagen
