Position: - Assistant Manager / Manager Corporate – Sales
nReporting to: - Senior General Manager – Sales

nExperience: - 5 years & more in Hotel Sales
nEducation: MBA /Graduate/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
n

nJob location: - Saket, New Delhi
n

nRESPONSIBLE FOR:
n
- n
- Have clear understanding of the hotels business strategies; then set goals and determine action plans to meet goals.n
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.n
- Responsible for contracting with Corporate, MICEs and Travel Agent for the hotel & restaurant sales.n
- Conduct daily sales calls, establish communication, and develop professional long term business relationships with customers/ clients.n
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all time.n
- Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire recent business and/or close on business.n




- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.n
- Participate in key industry events that bring national and local exposure.n
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels.n
- Coordinate & communicate with sales and other operating departments of the hotel to assure awareness of booking and sales programs.n
- Preparing daily/ monthly sales report, other reports as required by the Management.n
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.n

- Excellent communication skills – oral and writtenn
- Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills required.n
- Must be a skilled leader, have strong organizational skills, and have thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations & south Delhi market is must.n
