Position SummaryThe Manager – Project Management & Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end retail branding and fit-out projects across India while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The role requires driving project execution from planning to closure, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations. The incumbent will collaborate with internal stakeholders, branch teams, vendors, quality teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.Understand client requirements and translate them into executable project plans.Attend client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.Ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Resolve client escalations within defined timelines.Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly project updates to clients.2. Project Planning & ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of retail branding and fit-out projects across multiple locations.Prepare project execution plans, deployment schedules, and milestone trackers.Coordinate with branch teams, procurement, fabrication, vendors, QC teams, logistics, and clients.Monitor complete project lifecycle from:RecceBOQ PreparationClient ApprovalFabricationInstallationQuality InspectionWork Completion Certificate (WCC)Project ClosureEnsure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.Lead pilot projects as well as Pan India rollouts.3. Smart BOQ & Commercial ValidationReview and validate BOQs prepared by field teams.Verify quantities against approved recce reports and site measurements.Ensure compliance with approved rate cards and client specifications.Identify quantity discrepancies, scope deviations, and commercial risks.Validate variation orders and assess commercial implications before approval.4. Recce & Site Survey ManagementPlan and monitor Pan India site survey activities.Review site measurements, photographs,



and technical observations.Validate feasibility of branding and fit-out execution.Coordinate BOQ revisions with branch and execution teams.Ensure accurate and complete site documentation.5. Quality Assurance & ComplianceConduct quality audits for fabrication and installation activities.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and brand guidelines.Verify workmanship and execution quality.Approve project completion prior to issuance of Work Completion Certificates (WCC).Drive continuous improvement in quality standards.6. Vendor & Contractor ManagementEvaluate vendor capability, productivity, and service quality.Monitor vendor performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.Resolve execution-related challenges through effective coordination.Support vendor development and performance improvement initiatives.7. Team LeadershipLead and mentor QC Field Managers and project execution teams.Allocate daily, weekly, and project-specific assignments.Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability development initiatives.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of current team members.Build a high-performance, customer-focused project team.8. Operations CoordinationPlan manpower deployment across multiple projects.Optimize resource utilization and execution schedules.Conduct weekly operations review meetings with cross-functional teams.Monitor project progress and identify execution bottlenecks.Drive operational efficiency and timely project delivery.9. Documentation & Project ControlReview and maintain project documentation including:Bill of Quantities (BOQs)Work Completion Certificates (WCCs)Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)Site Survey ReportsCompletion ReportsQC Inspection ReportsPhotographic DocumentationClient ApprovalsEnsure documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational standards.10.

Commercial & Cost ControlReview project budgets and cost estimates.Validate commercial implications of project variations.Monitor project costs against approved budgets.Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.Support commercial decision-making through data-driven analysis.12.
