nResponsible for sales value achievement & volumes for Industrial products in assigned areas in Projects &
nIndustries.
n• Responsible for capturing market insights and major initiative execution in the assigned geography
n• Key Account Management
n• Identifying & exploring Industries and opportunities in consultation of Technical Service team
n• Accurate & constant feedback to the Management on market developments & competition
n• Driving Initiatives as per dynamics of Industrial business in the assigned areas
n• Expansion of Industrial clients, Distributor Addition, Contractors Connect for projects
n• Manage and accelerate Team Performance and motivate to achieve desired targets.
nKey Responsibilities
nSales Management
nAchieving assigned sales objectives & targets in terms of;
n- Overall Industrial sales Value
n- Product & Area Wise Sales
n- Current/Focused Product Sales
nDriving and executing strategies (not restricted to schemes) to counter
ncompetition aggressively




nEnsuring distributors management as per distributors management policy
nEnsuring 100% schemes execution in consultation with zonal managers/NSM
nDriving and achieving sales target through his team
nAnalyze Industrial market Data and achieve addition of more Industrial clients.
nDistributor &
nDistribution Management
nEnsuring distributor appointment in vacant territories with the help of Team
nEnsuring the addition of customers, developing existing customers in the
nassigned territories with the help of team
nEnsuring inventory at distributors as per company policy
nEnsuring100% receivables as per credit policy
nResponsible
nMarket Development
nPrepare Weekly & monthly report of sites funnel flow.
nWorking closely with SOs/TSMs & Technical Services for achieving field
nmarketing targets for users/influencers activation of key accounts
nBuilding relationship with end users and customers. Ensure execution to be
nvisible to End users for
