ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment with 8+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in Sales Hiring and Technical Sales Hiring to join our dynamic team in Pune.n
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple hiring requirements within defined timelinesn
- Hands-on experience in leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are metn
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures.n
- Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targetsn
- Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requestedn




- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.n

nPRE-REQUISITES

- n
- Experience working in a recruitment consulting/staffing environment with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setupn
- 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Technical Sales Hiring/Sales Hiring.n
- Experience in Team Leading and/or Account Management, with proven delivery ownership.n
- Strong data management skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.n
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholdern
- Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with excellent recruitment and management skillsn
