Responsibilities

- Design a sales strategy and sales targets every month.n
- Conduct market surveys to assess potential.n
- Establish cross promotional tie ups with potential brands/organizations.n
- Ensure quality of outbound activities such as society activations, member promotional activities etc.n
- Ensuring that the sales team is abiding by the sales strategy and sales targeted.n
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly review team meetings.n
- Work in parallel with the marketing team to make sure the club's marketing strategy and sales strategy are in sync to give us the most effective results.n
- Conducting interviews and training sessions for new sales recruits.n
- Encourage new sales processes and systems that help optimize the sales cycle.n
- Ensure relationships are maintained with current members through courtesy and feedback calls.n
- Design and Conduct Club tours using established sales systems and further improve the tour process as and when required.n




- Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards.n
- Ensure renewals are planned and executed with industry standard.n
- Maintain MC planner using established sales systems.n
- Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membershipn
- Make regular weekly reports.n
- Any other activity that helps promote the sales potential of the club.n

nNon Negotiables
nMinimum 8 years in target-driven sales, including at least 3 years directly leading a frontline sales team with individual and team revenue targets.
nMust be a hands-on salesperson with robust personal experience in customer meetings, negotiations, objection handling and closures, including difficult/escalated sales cases.
nMust have directly driven a sales team through daily activity reviews, follow-ups, pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, coaching and performance accountability — not only reporting/MIS.
