nPosition Summary

nThe Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the institution, providing strategic leadership to advance academic excellence, institutional growth, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of aided college administration, higher education governance, accreditation systems, and institutional development.

- Lead curriculum development and implementation in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP), multidisciplinary education, and emerging higher education trendsn
- Promote innovative pedagogy, technology-enabled learning, outcome-based education, and industry-academia collaboration.n
- Foster a strong culture of research, innovation, publications, projects, and academic excellence.n
- Drive faculty development through mentoring, leadership development, performance enhancement, and continuous skilled learning initiatives.n
- Ensure compliance with GNDU regulations, UGC guidelines, NAAC accreditation requirements, statutory norms, and aided college regulationsn
