What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
✅ Identifying and acquiring recent B2B clients across industries.
✅ Promoting Kompass' flagship business solutions:
- Kompass EasyBusiness – A powerful B2B database providing access to decision-makers across 70+ countries.
- Kompass Booster – A digital marketing solution that enhances online visibility and generates qualified global business enquiries.

✅ Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.




✅ Understanding customer business requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
✅ Preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.
✅ Building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

? Who We're Looking For
✔ 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
✔ Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- B2B Database Sales
- Media & Advertising
- Digital Marketing
- SaaS
- B2B Portals
- IT Services
- Business Information Solutions

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career in enterprise sales.
✔ CRM knowledge and digital sales experience will be an added advantage.
✔ Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati preferred.
