Job Description - IT Executive

We are looking for a practical and dependable IT Executive to handle the day-to-day IT requirements of the office. The role is suited to someone who can execute tasks efficiently and on time, resolve routine issues independently, use up-to-date productivity tools including AI responsibly, coordinate with vendors when required,



and keep the concerned team informed until closure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day IT Support
• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft Office and other office
applications.
• Install and configure systems, software, printers and user accounts for employees.
• Troubleshoot routine hardware, software and connectivity issues and ensure issues are followed through to closure.
• Provide IT support for meetings, video calls, projectors and presentations.

2. Microsoft 365 & User Administration
• Support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Create, modify or deactivate user accounts and access based on approved instructions.
• Assist with basic permissions, password resets, email and access-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Microsoft/IT support vendor for issues that need specialist intervention.
