Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records of the Trust.
- Experience in an educational institution, school, college, university, or charitable/educational trust will be preferred.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledgers, trial balances, and periodic financial statements.
- Monitor fee collections, expenses, payroll-related accounting, and other institutional transactions.
- Maintain proper records of Trust funds, grants, donations, and expenditures.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, financial reports, and management statements.
- Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and schedules.




- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with the financial policies and procedures of the Trust.
- Support management in financial analysis and other accounting-related requirements.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in an educational institution, school, college, university, or charitable/educational trust will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Positive understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
