- We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing, with basic hands-on exposure to API testing and automation testing. The candidate should have a good understanding of testing concepts and be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced Agile environment.Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Validate API requests, responses, status codes, headers, and error handling.
- Perform basic database testing using SQL.
- Identify test cases that can be automated and assist in developing automation scripts.
- Work with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze test failures.
- Log and track defects using Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar tools.
- Retest fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Maintain test cases, test data, and testing documentation.
- Work closely with developers and senior QA team members to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups,



sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support the QA team during application releases and production validation.

1. Required Skills

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.
- Positive understanding of STLC and SDLC.
- Basic hands-on experience with API testing and Postman.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing.
- Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Understanding of Git/version control is preferred.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and status codes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

1. Good to Have

- Exposure to REST Assured.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of JSON and XML.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of API authentication such as Bearer Token and API Key.
