- Plan, deliver, and assess curriculum for secondary school subjects in accordance with central education guidelines.
- Facilitate interactive and student‑centred learning environments that encourage critical thinking and problem‑solving.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments; maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties; provide remedial instruction or recommend additional resources.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to foster a supportive educational community.
- Maintain discipline and classroom management, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports, and cultural programs, as required.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachlor in education (B.ed) and Graduation in the relevant subject area .
- Valid TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) certification as per CBSE Board.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of NCERT curriculum and CBSE Board guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Classes 6‑10).
- Experience with contemporary teaching aids, digital classrooms, and e‑learning platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to improve student academic performance and engagement.
- Experience in co‑curricular and extracurricular program coordination.
