As a DevOps Technical Lead, your role involves leading, mentoring, and managing the DevOps team to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, security, and reliability across AWS and Azure cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and mentoring DevOps engineers and cloud engineers.- Defining DevOps best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.- Planning resource allocation and managing sprint deliverables.- Conducting technical reviews and providing architectural guidance.- Collaborating with development, QA, security, and operations teams.In terms of Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS & Azure), you will be responsible for:- Designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure cloud architectures.- Maintaining high availability and disaster recovery strategies.- Optimizing cloud costs using best practices.- Implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.- Managing networking, identity access management, and security configurations.Regarding CI/CD & Automation, your tasks will include:- Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.- Automating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or Bicep.- Implementing containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS).- Improving deployment strategies including blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments.In terms of Security & Compliance, you will need to:- Implement DevSecOps practices.- Ensure security best practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and access controls.- Support compliance requirements such as ISO, SOC2,



GDPR where applicable.- Work with security teams to perform audits and risk assessments.For Monitoring & Reliability, your responsibilities include:- Implementing observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor.- Managing incident response and root cause analysis.- Ensuring SLA, SLO, and reliability standards are met.Additionally, you will be expected to:- Maintain architecture diagrams and operational documentation.- Improve release management and deployment processes.- Introduce performance optimization and automation enhancements.
