As an Oversight Manager at Ameriprise India LLP, your role will involve providing oversight for the delivery of fund administration and related operational services by the outsourced administrator. Your responsibilities will include:- Utilizing oversight tools to monitor and promote successful supplier performance by: - Ensuring agreed SLA and contractual deliverables are achieved. - Monitoring KPIs and taking appropriate action where trigger points are crossed. - Completing periodic onsite process reviews, identifying risks and proposing enhancements. - Monitoring supplier reports and MI deliverables for accuracy. - Addressing and resolving day-to-day issues raised by Columbia Threadneedle business and suppliers. - Liaising with control functions and key clients. - Producing required reports for management and committees. - Supporting the Change process as an SME. - Ensuring all Fund Accounting processes are documented and reviewed regularly. - Focusing on specific areas of responsibilities which may change over time.Key Capabilities:- Good working knowledge of Fund Accounting operations.- Delivery-focused with attention to detail.- Flexible with the ability to manage a changing workload.- Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.- Strong team player with the ability to form cross-functional relationships.- Quick learner with analytical problem-solving skills.Desirable:- Security pricing and NAV pricing experience.- Prior experience in an outsourced environment.As an Oversight Manager, you will interact with various internal teams such as Other Oversight Teams, Change Team, Control Functions, Investments, Client Services, IT, Middle Office,
