As a Vice President in Fund Accounting (Private Equity), you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end private equity fund accounting function across multiple vintages, strategies, and structures. Your experience of 12 years in private equity fund accounting or alternatives will be crucial as you handle multi-fund portfolios and complex structures, including multi-currency transactions, feeders, parallel funds, and SPVs. Your deep knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, ASC 946/820, waterfall mechanics, carried interest, fee mechanics, equalizations, and side letter economics will be essential for this role. It is important that you have hands-on fluency with PE accounting platforms such as Investran, Allvue, eFront, Yardi, and Workiva.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end private equity fund accounting function- Manage multiple vintages, strategies, and structures- Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, ASC 946/820- Handle waterfall mechanics, carried interest, fee mechanics, and equalizations- Utilize PE accounting platforms like Investran, Allvue, eFront, Yardi, WorkivaQualifications Required:- 12 years of experience in private equity fund accounting or alternatives- Proven track record in leading multi-fund portfolios and complex structures- Deep knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, ASC 946/820, and fund accounting principles- Hands-on experience with PE accounting platformsThe company follows a remote working model with the flexibility to visit the office on a need basis.
