Ensure accurate lead allocation and tracking Update enquiry status, follow-ups, and admission records regularly. Generate recent business and customer opportunities.



Coordinate with counsellors and sales teams for lead management Monitor daily follow-ups and conversion activities Ensure no lead leakage and proper response timelines Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports lead sources, conversion ratios, and team performance Share actionable insights with management Assist in sending admission updates, reminders, and communication campaigns Support WhatsApp, email, and SMS follow-up activitiesCandidate requirements: Proactive communication with the customer Ability to identify solutions to problems Display and encourage a positive attitude A proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach, to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills Minimum qualification required is graduation i.e., BA/B.com/BBA/BCA/B.sc etc
