JOB RESPONSIBILITY• Take complete ownership of achieving La-Z-Boy sales targets through direct sales initiatives and teamsupport.• Generate current leads and business opportunities through corporate connections, architects, interiordesigners, premium residential projects, institutions, and other potential channels.• Actively follow up and convert La-Z-Boy enquiries received through online platforms, website,showrooms, exhibitions, and referrals.• Work closely with Little Nap sales teams across India to drive La-Z-Boy sales, guide them on productpositioning, and support in closing premium customer enquiries.• Train and motivate showroom sales teams on La-Z-Boy product features, USPs, customer handling, andluxury selling approach.• Regularly track La-Z-Boy leads, conversions, pending enquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups.• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, designers, and premium customersegments to increase brand visibility.• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for campaigns, promotions,



and activities required to generate La-Z-Boy enquiries.• Analyse market opportunities, customer feedback, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium experience and legacy of the La-Z-Boy brand.Skills required for this Role.• 2–3 years of experience in premium/luxury product sales, furniture, interiors, automobiles, lifestyleproducts, or a similar industry preferred.• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.• Ability to influence, guide, and motivate sales teams without direct reporting authority.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• Self-driven personality with an ownership mindset and focus on achieving targets.• Good understanding of premium customer expectations and luxury sales experience
