We are looking for a Customer Care / Customer Experience professional to join our team and become a key link between our customers, Sales and Operations. In this role, you will use your freight forwarding knowledge, commercial acumen and customer-first mindset to strengthen relationships, drive retention and identify opportunities for business growth.

How you create impact

- Act as a front-line contact for customers, responding to queries, feedback and complaints while ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation in close partnership with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center.
- Build strong operational relationships through daily customer interactions, regular care visits and proactive consultation.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities and provide competitive quotations within agreed pricing guidelines, following through to closure.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and transferred into the relevant systems.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Care teams on credit limits,



business development and customer-related challenges.
- Analyse customer complaints and feedback, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Create and continuously improve customer reports and insights to support better decision-making.
- Contribute to the achievement of financial targets, customer retention and strategic business objectives.

What we would like you to bring

- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer care, customer experience, freight forwarding, commercial or business development roles.
- Strong communication and commercial skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A highly customer-driven mindset, with a genuine focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong understanding of the freight forwarding / logistics industry and market dynamics.
- Business development experience or a strong commercial orientation will be an advantage.
- Operational knowledge within logistics or freight forwarding would be an added advantage.
- Experience within specific industry verticals is not mandatory — we are open to candidates from diverse sectors.
