Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B SaaS

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key accounts through TechDays, QBRs, and nurture leads into sales-qualified opportunities
- Conceptualize and execute omni-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring messaging alignment across all touchpoints
- Build customer advocacy by identifying testimonials, references, referrals, and co-marketing opportunities (webinars/events)
- Drive influencer marketing by engaging with analysts, industry bodies, and media to enhance visibility, rankings, and participation in analyst-led workshops
- Analyse customer insights, industry trends, and market dynamics to shape effective strategies
- Collaborate with marketing sub-functions to generate rich content, execute digital campaigns, manage events, and customer visits
- Track and measure campaign effectiveness, analyse ROI,



and optimize initiatives for improved impact

Eligibility Criteria:

- BE/BTech with 2-4 years of experience
- Preferably with a management post-graduate diploma/degree (MBA)

- Marketing campaign planning and execution
- Robust team management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to leverage data-driven decision making
- Lead generation and nurturing through multiple channels

- Experience working with related software packages and projects
