Your Role

Experience

- 5+ years of experience inRetail/QSR POS systemsand store operations.
- Strong experience withGK POS / GK Retail Store Commerce(highly preferred).
- Proven track record of experience inL3 Production Support
- Experience working in client-facing.

Mandatory Skills

- StrongGK POS technical and functional expertise.
- Deep understanding ofPOS architecture, transaction processing, payments, returns, promotions, receipts, and recovery workflows.
- Experience in understandingPOS integrationsincluding ERP, OMS, payment gateway and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong production support background including:
- Incident Management
- Major Incident Handling
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Problem Management
- Release and Defect Triage

- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues through log analysis and system diagnostics.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Your Profile

Leadership Expectations

- Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, RCA quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with business teams, vendors, architects, and engineering teams.
- Manage escalations and provide executive-level communication during critical incidents.

Preferred Skills

- Experience withGK POS implementation,



upgrades, and modernization programs.
- Knowledge ofomnichannel retail operations.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such asGrafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and functional architecture.

- ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence experience.
- Core Java, .Net
