At Mutt of Course, we are looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our team in Okhla, Delhi.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands pets, their products, numbers, customers and the business behind building a great assortment.

What you will do:

You will oversee the end-to-end merchandising of our pet products across categories, including:

- Planning and managing product assortments based on customer demand and brand priorities
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment
- Managing product costing, margins and COGS, with a constant focus on adding value and bringing costs down
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely production and availability
- Analysing sales performance and using data to optimise the product mix
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Preparing regular merchandising and performance reports
- Working closely with our sales and customer service teams to understand shopper behaviour, gather customer feedback and improve our product offerings
- Supporting online and in-store merchandising initiatives
- Ensuring that products are presented consistently with Mutt of Course's brand standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve product performance, profitability and overall customer experience

What we are looking for





- 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in pet, fashion, lifestyle, accessories, retail or consumer products
- Solid understanding of assortment planning, inventory management, costing and replenishment
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with an understanding of COGS, margins and profitability
- Experience working with suppliers and managing product/vendor timelines
- Ability to analyse sales data and translate it into actionable merchandising decisions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Someone who is extremely hands-on, detail-oriented and commercially driven
- A good understanding of customer behaviour and product trends
- Being a pet parent or an animal lover is definitely a plus!
