Job Summary

Start your career in adventure travel with Dare2Gear as a Sales Intern! You'll get hands-on experience in selling cycling expeditions, trekking tours, and adventure travel experiences. You'll work closely with the sales and operations teams, interact with adventure enthusiasts, follow up with leads, and learn how to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, eager to learn, confident in communication, and passionate about travel, cycling, fitness, or outdoor adventures.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in handling inquiries for cycling tours, treks, and adventure expeditions
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tours and experiences
- Share tour details, itineraries, inclusions, safety guidelines, and payment information
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM and Excel
- Support the team in converting inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and customer requirements
- Assist in upselling relevant add-ons such as gear, insurance,



and premium services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in any discipline

Good verbal and written communication skills

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers

Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and social media

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules

Interest in travel, cycling, trekking, fitness, or adventure activities is a plus

Preferred Skills

Prior internship or experience in sales, customer service, travel, or marketing

Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion

Passion for adventure travel and outdoor activities

Knowledge of cycling or trekking destinations is an advantage
