Your Role

- Own theend-to-end product lifecyclefor AI-driven products and capabilities, from problem discovery and requirement definition through delivery and user adoption.

- Leadbusiness requirement gathering and solution shapingby engaging with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and working sessions.

- Convert business problems into clear, actionableproduct and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives.

- Providefunctional leadershipto cross-functional delivery teams, including Business Analysts, developers, data scientists, and ML engineers.

Your Profile

- Applyagile ways of workingpragmatically to support incremental delivery and prioritization formal scrum practices and ceremonies are leveraged whereappropriate, butnot rigidly enforced.

- Translate AI and GenAI concepts into meaningful product features, including:Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.

- Ensure AI solutions adhere toenterprise data governance, security,



and compliance standards, working closely with data and architecture teams.

- Contribute toproduct roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking.
