Job Description:

Client is seeking a Process Consultant – AI & Automation to join the Commercial IT Business Engagement Team.

This individual will focus on identifying and delivering AI-driven process automation opportunities across the business.

The consultant will partner with business stakeholders and IT technical teams to map and analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and support the end-to-end development of AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include leading process discovery workshops, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, evaluating and prioritizing automation opportunities, and communicating project progress across business and IT stakeholders. The role will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery teams to ensure automation solutions are grounded in a solid understanding of existing workflows and business objectives.

Musts:

- 3–5 years of business analysis or process consulting experience
- Experience leading process discovery workshops




- Experience documenting and analyzing complex workflows
- Experience developing business cases for technology investments
- Hands-on process mapping and workflow analysis experience
- Experience with Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools
- Knowledge of BPMN or similar process modeling methodologies
- Practical understanding of AI and automation technologies
- Understanding of RPA, Generative AI, and intelligent automation platforms
- Ability to assess where AI and automation can be applied to business processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience evaluating and prioritizing automation opportunities
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
