Role Description The Human Resources Executive (Exposure – AEC, GCC & BIM) will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for in office teams in Chennai in a full-time capacity. Daily activities include implementing HR policies, handling employee lifecycle processes (recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities), and maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The role involves supporting employee relations, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting in learning and development initiatives tailored to AEC, GCC, and BIM-focused roles. The HR Executive will collaborate with leadership and department managers to ensure compliance with local labor regulations,



promote a positive workplace culture, and drive HR best practices aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in core Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with experience in implementing procedures and ensuring compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
- Relevant experience in AEC, GCC, and BIM environments, or familiarity with technology and engineering-focused organizations, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai.
