- Creating and managing technical user accounts, roles, and authorizations within the SAP system, ensuring proper access control and security
- Investigating and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, working with users and other team members to find solutions
- Regularly monitor SAP systems
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Track Open Incidents, Service & Change Requests in SAP for Me, SAP Service Catalog and ITSM solution

Experience / Skills

- Specific Education - Graduate from a reputed university
- Work Experience - experience in SAP Basis with focus on SAP S/4 HANA systems
- Special Skills - proficiency in English language
