Job Requirements*

Provide production support for Oracle CPQ applications and quote-to-order (Q2O) processes.

-Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, pricing, approvals, and quote generation.

-Analyze and resolve tickets/incidents using tools like ServiceNow.

-Support integrations between Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.

-Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.

-Perform data fixes, deployments, and regression testing during releases.

-Work with business users, sales teams, and developers to resolve functional and technical issues.

-Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

-Support CPQ enhancements, patches, and current feature rollouts.

Technical Skills

-Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ

-Experience with:





BML (BigMachines Language)

BMQL

Commerce & Configuration modules

Pricing and approval workflows

-SQL / PL-SQL knowledge

-REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

-CRM & ERP integration experience (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)

-Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS is a plus

-Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
