Hiring: Assistant Manager - New Product Launch - Regulated Market

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team and drive successful new product launches in regulated markets. Educational Qualification
- BTech/ B.E
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- MBA

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, New Product Launch (NPL), or Project Management for regulated markets.

Location: Zydus Corporate Park (ZCP), Ahmedabad

Key Stakeholders: Market, PTC, IRA, CQA, QA, Manufacturing, and GDSO teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of new product launches and ensure timely market introduction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project management.
- Lead material planning and manufacturing planning activities to support launch timelines.




- Manage and monitor input material inventory accountability.
- Conduct and drive weekly New Product Launch review meetings with stakeholders.
- Support and drive the S&OP; process.
- Generate procurement and manufacturing requirements in line with quality, regulatory, and manufacturing policies.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate challenges to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate actively in cross-functional initiatives and organizational projects.
