nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive individual and team sales targets.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.n
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.n
- Monitor daily activities, conversions and revenue achievement.n
- Develop solid customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.n
- Support the team in handling objections and closing deals.n
nCandidate Profile:

- 4–6 years of experience in hardcore, target-driven sales.n
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.n
- Experience in handling or mentoring a sales team.n
